Playgrounds installed <br />after the 2012 Renewal Program have an expected useful life of 20 years. <br />The Rosebrook Park playground was installed in 2000 and has many failing components due to its <br />age. <br />All playgrounds are inspected three times per year with a condition analysis performed.
