Through the <br />process of understanding the outcomes ofdecisions on the community, you will end with <br />an Equity Impact Analysis or summary of your findings to be included on the Request for <br />Council Action (RCA). The completed toolkit should be attached as supporting <br />documentation for council RCA’s.
