<br />Village of Roseville <br /> <br />Friday, October 4, 1957 <br /> <br />The continued hearing on sewer assessments was called to order by <br />Mayor Kitts at 7: 25 P.M. with the following members present: Carlson, <br />Hammersten, Kitts and McGee. Brennan--Late. B. H. Loftsgaarden, <br />Roger Short, Peter Popovich and Charles Soutter were also present. <br /> <br />Hammersten Moved, McGee Seconded that the resolution amending the RESOLUTION <br />assessment roll be adopted. Roll Call Ayes (5)-Nayes (0). <br /> <br />Carlson Moved, Hammersten Seconded the resolution adopting and RESOLUTION <br />confirming the assessments as amended be adopted. <br />Roll Call Ayes (5)-Nayes (0). <br /> <br />Judge Franke made' a request for supp}.ies and furniture needed by COURT REQUEST <br />the municipal court. <br />Hammersten Moved, Carlson Seconded that one desk, 1 legal size fi~e <br />proof four door file cabinet be purchased. <br />Roll Call Ayes (5)-Nayes (0). <br /> <br />Discussion was held on proposed changes to the municipal offices VILLAGE HALL <br />and new measurements were given to Chris Petersen, Building Inspector, REMODELING <br />for revision of existing plan. <br /> <br />Discussion on the budget was postponed awaiting new tabulations by <br />the Clerk to be ready for the meeting on Tuesday, October 8th at <br />8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />BUDGET <br /> <br />Carlson Moved, Hammersten Seconded the meeting me adjourned. <br />Roll Call Ayes (5)-Nayes (0). <br /> <br />(meeting adjourned 10:45) <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />'30_"~ <br /> <br />\\\~~ <br />
