RCA Attachment 5 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 10th day February 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 12XXX RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED ÒSWEENEY ADDITIONÓ PLAT (PF24-022). WHEREAS, Edward Sweeney has submitted a valid application for approval of the proposed Sweeney Addition plat of the property addressed as 571 Roselawn Aveune; and WHEREAS, the property included in the Sweeney Addition plat includes Ramsey County Property Identification Number 13-29-23-23-0092; and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of Roseville zoning and subdivision codes; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby approves the proposed Sweeney Addition plat, based on the public record and City Council deliberation, with the following conditions: 1. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works staff in Attachment 4 of the RCA reviewed with this application, the applicant shall: a. Dedicate easements ad indicated in the plat; and b. Transfer approved storm water management BMPs to the City; upon acceptance, Roseville will assume long term maintenance of the public BMPs. 2. In accordance with the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the applicant shall dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $4,250 prior to filing the plat at Ramsey County. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ; and the following voted against the same: .
