Concept Development Phase 1 o Provide an updated cost estimate of the proposed LPCDS which is proposed in the CCPDS. o Provide an updated cost estimate of Maintenance Operations Center as proposed in the CCPDS. o Provide cost estimate for a single story LPCDC instead of the two-story plan. o Provide feasibility options to reuse portions of existing MF for LPCDS use. Provide layouts and cost estimates. The report should include pros and cons of this option compared to the CCPDS option. The report should also provide information on how this option would affect the overall phasing of the overall project. o Provide feasibility options to reuse portions of existing MF for other uses such as office space, restaurant, or event venue use. Council/Commission Presentations Provide one presentation to the City Council once the final report is completed for each phase. 5. Public Engagement No public engagement work from the consultant is anticipated for this phase of the project. 6. Final Report Final written report identifying process, background, concept development/evolution, potential costs and final recommendations.
