This Agreement, which includes the Description of Services <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, sets out the entire understanding between the parties and it <br />supersedes any prior written or oral discussions or agreements between the parties regarding <br />the same subject matter. The provisions of the documents constituting the Agreement shall <br />be read together and reconciled in the documents to the greatest extent reasonably possible. <br />To the extent there are any conflicting provisions that cannot be reconciled, the more specific <br />provision shall generally be controlling.
