<br />ATTACHMENT 1 <br />18517.Indemnification. The Consultant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the cities of <br />186Roseville, Maplewood, and Saint Paul , their respective Councils, officers, agents and <br />187employees harmless from any liability, claims, damages, costs, judgments, or expenses, <br /> 188including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting directly or indirectly from a negligent act <br />189or omission (including without limitation professional errors or omissions) of the <br />190Consultant, its agents, employees, and/or subcontractors pertaining to the performance of <br />191the Work provided pursuant to this Agreement and against all losses by reason of the <br /> 192failure of said Consultant to fully perform, in any respect, all of the Consultant’s <br />193obligations under this Agreement. <br />194 <br />19518.Insurance. <br />196 <br />197A.General Liability. Prior to starting the Work, the Consultant shall procure, maintain <br />198and pay for such insurance as will protect against claims for bodily injury or death, <br />199and for damage to property, including loss of use, which may arise out of operations <br />200by the Consultant or by any subcontractor of the Consultant, or by anyone employed <br />201by any of them, or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable. Such <br />202insurance shall include, but not be limited to, minimum coverages and limits of <br />203liability specified in this Provision 18 or required by law.
