Motion passed unanimously. <br />24 <br />25 Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />26 <br />27 a. Approval of November 20, 2024, Meeting Minutes <br />28 <br />29 CommissionerLaGrange moved and Commissioner Filip-Crawfordseconded a motion to <br />30 approve the November 20, 2024, Equity and Inclusion Commission meeting minutes as <br />31 presented. Motion passed unanimously. <br />32 <br />33 Business Items <br />34 <br />35 a. 2025 Meeting Schedule Review and Approval <br />36 <br />37 Equity and Inclusion Manager Montezpresented the 2025 meeting schedule and noted the <br />38 February and August meetings need to be rescheduled as they conflict with City Council <br />39 meetings. The Commission decided to move the regularly scheduled meetings to Wednesday, <br />40 February 12, 2025, and Thursday, August 21, 2025. <br />41 <br />42 Equity and Inclusion Manager Montezadded that most Commissions typically take a month off <br />43 at some point during the year and asked the Commission to think about if there is a month they <br />44 would like that to be. <br />45 <br />Qbhf!227!pg!354 <br /> <br />
