Arneson, Beckman, Kooistra, Matts-Benson, Penny. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstain: Brown. <br />4.BUSINESS ITEMS <br />a)PROVIDE PARK DEDICATION RECOMMENDATION FOR 571 ROSELAWN AVE. <br />W. <br />Staff reviewed the purpose, process, and options to satisfy Park Dedication with the <br />Commission. <br />The meeting addressed a proposal for 571 Roselawn Ave. W. that would subdivide the parcel <br />currently containing one residential home into two parcels to allow for potential future <br />residential development. The project qualifies for Park Dedication, with the cash contribution for <br />the additional unit set at $4,250. Alternatively, the required land dedication would be 10% of the <br />total 0.53-acre parcel, equating to 0.053 acres. The proposed development is located within <br />Constellation M of the Parks and Recreation system.
