<br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date: 3/3/2025 <br />Item No.: 10.b. <br />Department Approval City Manager Approval <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Item Description: Approve 1 Massage Therapy Establishment License for Yun Wellness, LLC <br />and Revoke the Massage Therapy Establishment License for T Massage <br />1 <br />2 Background <br />3 Chapter 301 of the City Code requires all applications for business and other licenses to be submitted to <br />4 the City Council for approval. The following applications are submitted for consideration: <br />5 <br />6 Massage Therapy Establishment License <br />7 Yun Wellness, LLC <br />8 1736 Lexington Ave N <br />9 Roseville, MN 55113 <br />10 <br />11 Xiaoyun Tian has submitted an application for a new Massage Therapy Establishment located at 1736 <br />12 Lexington Ave N. <br />13 <br />14 This establishment will be replacing the current licensee at that location, T Massage. The license for T <br />15 Massage will be revoked in conjunction with the issuance of the license for Yun Wellness, LLC. Xiaoyun <br />16 Tian is a current employee at T Massage and is taking over the space under a new business name. <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 Policy Objectives <br />20 Required by City Code <br />21 <br />22 Equity Impact Summary <br />23 There is no anticipated racial equity impact. <br />24 <br />25 Budget Implications <br />26 The correct fees were paid to the City at the time the application(s) were made. <br />27 <br />28 Staff Recommendations <br />29 Staff has reviewed the application(s) and have determined that the applicant(s) meet all City <br />30 requirements.
