34 <br />35 Mr. Freihammer provided updates on the Maintenance Operations Center and <br />36 License Passport Center, including releasing an RFP for architectural services. He <br />37 noted the Maintenance Operations Center's schedule and outlined local sales tax <br />38 options. <br />39 <br />40 Mr. Freihammer discussed the construction of a pathway on Hamline Avenue <br />41 between County Road C and Hamline Avenue in Arden Hills, the resurfacing of <br />42 County Road C, and the upsizing of the water main from Josephine Road to Glenhill <br />43 Road. He reviewed the Twin Lakes Trail Phase 2 and the Dale/Owasso lift station <br />44 project, including timelines and supply chain issues. He also discussed the 2025 <br />45 sewer lining and booster station phase four projects. <br />46 <br />47 Mr. Freihammer reviewed the 2025 Pavement Management Project design and <br />48 expected bid date. The Way -Finding Signage Project was mentioned, including <br />49 installing 24 more prominent way -finding signs in Roseville. <br />50 <br />51 Mr. Freihammer mentioned upgrading Dale Street lighting to LED and ongoing <br />52 lighting upgrades in other areas. <br />53 <br />54 Mr. Freihammer updated the Commission on the Bike Plan and the demonstration <br />55 project on Hamline Avenue, including the installation of bollards and data <br />56 collection. He also reviewed Ramsey County project updates, including the Dale <br />57 Street project, the County Road D mill and overlay and replacement of the storm <br />58 sewer at Clarmar. He reviewed MnDOT updates on trunk highways 36 and 280, <br />59 including resurfacing and potential trail improvements. He mentioned the G Line <br />60 planning and Rice Street corridor design process. <br />61 <br />62 Mr. Freihammer updated the Commission on discontinuing the Less Mow May and <br />63 the focus on pollinators and other practices. He also reviewed the Green To Go <br />64 implementation and E-bike policy summit. He highlighted the Maintenance <br />65 Department's full staffing and announced the addition of Kristofer Paulseth, a full- <br />66 time forestry natural resource supervisor. He also discussed the ongoing <br />67 negotiations with Waste Management for a final recycling contract agreement, the <br />68 ongoing winter tree trimming, the water service line inventory, and recent water <br />69 breaks throughout the city. <br />70 <br />71 Mr. Freihammer explained the need for an officer election, which was scheduled <br />72 for March and must be completed before the next officer's term expires. <br />73 <br />74 Member Luongo inquired about the Less Mow May decision and if the Commission <br />75 would discuss it. <br />76 <br />77 Mr. Freihammer indicated that the Commission could discuss it.
