Roseville Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />DATE: March 18, 2025 ITEM: 4.a. <br />ITEM DESCRIPTION: Election of Officers <br />Background <br />There are no new members this year to be sworn in, but officers must still be elected. As required by City <br />Code, 201.06.A, at the last meeting preceding the end of regular terms of appointment, each advisory <br />commission shall elect a chair and vice -chair from among its appointed members for a term of one year and <br />appoint a member to serve on the Ethics Commission. <br />For reference, attached is the City Code as it pertains to advisory commissions, the Public Works, <br />Environment and Transportation Commission and the Ethics Commission. <br />Additionally, the administration department is updating the commissioner handbook and would like one <br />commission member from each commission to help review handbook and give feedback. There would only <br />be one meeting and it would be done virtually. <br />Recommendation <br />Elect a chair, vice -chair and a member to serve on the Ethics Commission. <br />Attachments <br />1.
