<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 29th day of May, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8577 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ROSEVILLE CITY STAFF AND CITY COUNCIL <br />TO EXPLORE AREAS OF COOPERATION <br />IN THE BEST INTEREST OF OUR <br />COMMUNITY WITH THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights City Council approved, by <br />unanimous vote on April 25, 1990, a resolution to explore areas of <br />strategic interest with potential mutual benefit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council wishes to investigate close <br />cooperative efforts with the City of Falcon Heights that achieve cost <br />savings and/or service improvements to residents; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />authorize the <br />Heights. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council to <br />investigation of cooperative efforts with Falcon <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Roseville City staff is hereby <br />authorized to proceed on these studies, update Roseville City Council <br />as needed, and establish a combined workshop between the Roseville <br />City Council and the Falcon Heights City Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Thomas, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, <br />and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 29th day <br />of May, 1990, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 30th day of May, 1990. <br /> <br />SEAT.. <br /> <br /> <br />nager <br />
