Attachment 2 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR FINANCIAL PERSONNEL SERVICES <br />his First Amendment to Agreement for Financial Personnel Services(this “First <br />T <br />Amendment”) is made this 7th day ofApril , 2025 by and between theCity of Roseville, a Minnesota <br />municipal corporation (the “City”) and Metro-INET, a Minnesota joint powers entity (the “Metro- <br />INET”). <br />WHEREAS, the Cityand Metro-INETentered into that certainAgreement for Financial <br />Personnel Servicesdated December 5, 2022 and December 7, 2022 (the “Agreement”) providing for <br />the City to provide financial services personnel to Metro-INET on a contract basis; and <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement has been automatically extended by both parties for several <br />terms and is due to expire on December 31, 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties would like to change the amount of compensation that is to be paid <br />by Metro-INET to the City for the use of the City’s financial services personnel; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual obligations of the <br />parties hereto, each of them does hereby covenant and agree with the other as follows: <br />1.Amendment to Exhibit A of the Agreement. The Administrative Overhead Fee <br />referenced in Exhibit A of the Agreement shall be changed to $4,666.70/month. This fee shall be <br />effective on January 1, 2025. <br />2.Amendment to Exhibit B of the Agreement. The Administrative Overhead Fee <br />referenced in Exhibit B of the Agreement shall be changed to $4,666.70/month. This fee shall be <br />effective on January 1, 2025. <br />3.Miscellaneous.
