<br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date: 4/21/2025 <br />Item No.: 10.e. <br />Department Approval City Manager Approval <br /> <br /> <br />Item Description: Accept annual Variance Board appointments <br />1 <br />2 Background <br />3 Pursuant to Chapter 1002.06.F (Variance Board) of the Roseville City Code, the City <br />4 Council annually appoints four members of the Planning Commission to serve on the <br />5 Roseville Variance Board. Three serve as regular board members and the fourth serves in <br />6 an alternate capacity. <br />7 <br />8 The Planning Commission seeks volunteers to serve, then passes these selections on to <br />9 City Council for acceptance. On April 2, 2025, Planning Commissioners Pamela Aspnes, <br />10 Jon Barstad, Allison Jensen, and Tam McGehee volunteered to serve on the 2025/26 <br />11 Variance Board.
