As explained in the <br />Feasibility Report, the City intends to cover a portion of the cost for the County Road B <br />reconstruction through special assessment charges to abuttingproperties. When the project <br />was being planned, the cost was expected to bea maximum of$46.73 per foot forresidential <br />properties (25% of costs), or $93.46 per foot for the non-residentialproperty (50% of costs).
