ATTACHMENT 3 <br />February 10, 2025 Case #ENF25-031 <br />Michelle Harris <br />795 Cope Ave W <br />Roseville MN 55113-5613 <br />Dear Property Owner, <br />The City previously notified you via door hanger on January , 2025, that your property was in violation of <br />Roseville’s City Code. A re-inspection of the property on revealed that the initial request has not been complied <br />with. Specifically: <br /> stored on unimproved surface in front <br />yard. <br />These are violations of Roseville’s City Code, specifically: <br />407.02 G, Parking and Storage: The outside parking or storage on residentially-zoned property of <br />vehicles, materials, supplies or equipment in violation of the provisions set forth below: <br />2.Storage on Property: No person may place, store or allow the placement or storage of the following, in <br />the front yard or unscreened street facing side yard of a corner lot of any residential zoned area: <br />c.Vehicles of any type in inoperable condition; <br />4.Vehicle Parking, General: No person shall cause, undertake, permit or allow the outside <br />parking and storage of vehicles in residentially-zoned property unless it complies with the <br />following requirements: (Ord. 1288, 8-4-2003) (Ord. 1577, 9-9-2019) <br />a.Vehicles shall be on an improved surface as defined in this Code. <br />b.Vehicles, must be owned by a person who is a legal resident of that property and <br />continuously maintain current registration and licensure. <br />Corrective Measures: <br />Please make the following corrections by within 5 days from the date of this notice and keep continuously <br />maintained in compliance thereafter: <br />Bring all vehicles outside to a state of operability, move inoperable vehicles to storage inside of a <br />structure, or remove inoperable vehicles from property. <br />Ensure all vehicles stored outside display current registration to a legal resident of the property and <br />continuously maintain current registration and licensure, move unlicensed vehicles to storage <br />inside of a structure, or remove unlicensed vehicles from property. <br />If the violations listed are not corrected within 5 days and continuously maintained in compliance thereafter, the <br />City may move forward with further action, including the possibility of an administrative citation or abatement <br />proceedings, which could entail the expenditure of funds for which you, as the property owner, would be <br />responsible to repay. <br />If you believe your property is not in violation of City Code, you may appeal this determination by contacting the <br />individual listed below within 7 days of the receipt of this letter. The City’s objective is to increase the enjoyment <br />of neighborhoods and enhance property values through enforcement of City Codes. We hope that you will work <br />Qbhf!45!pg!248 <br /> <br />
