She noted that the current 1981 resolution <br />21 did not include military service and that updates are needed to align with state <br />22 statutes. She presented examples of other cities’ deferral policies and discussed the <br />23 administrative process for evaluating deferral requests. <br />24 <br />25 The Commission discussed the criteria for financial hardship and the potential need <br />26 to update the resolution to include more inclusive language. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />Qbhf!66!pg!248 <br /> <br />
