The engineered wood fiber is mandated for safety and ADA access to the playgrounds. This is part of the general PIP/CIP 2025 budget which has $181,260 remaining.At the Harriet Alexander Nature Center, the siding, soffit, and fascia are being replaced as they are all at the "failed" condiThree quotes were received for the work and this is the lowest bid. This is part of the Shelter/Buildings PIP/CIP 2025 which has $64k budgeted. This vehicle is part of the 2024 CIP budget and was approved on 5/6/2024, however the vendor was unable to provide the goods and the purchase order was voided. This is a scheduled replacement of the 2012 Ford F350 Super Duty Pick-up used at the Skating Center in the winter and the Golf Course in the summer. This vehicle will be used to plow all winter, and pull trailers in the summer. Due to the change from a Dodge Ram 2500 to the Ford F250 and the delay in purchase, the cost was increased by $3,211.
