We can aid the construction team by <br />applying this experience and transferring our knowledge developed during the design phase which will <br />provide professional continuity to the construction. Our work on the project to date gives us familiarity <br />with the project team and design development,which allows us to understand some of the <br />considerations used when developing the project’s design. <br />Our Understanding of Project <br />This project will include two different pavement management techniques,a mill and overlay and a full <br />depth reclamation. The first technique is a mill and overlay of various residential streets with new <br />bituminous pavementincluding: Snelling AvenueNorth, Snelling Curve,Rose Place, Pascal Street, Arona <br />Street, Simpson Street, Sextant Avenue, Transit Avenue, Holton Street, Albert Street, Sheldon Street, <br />County Road B2 Frontage Road, Brooks Avenue, Woodlyn Avenue, Farrington Court, Galtier Street, and <br />Marion Street.Streets that will be included in the reclamation portion of the project include Woodbridge <br />Street, Woodlyn Avenue and Iona Lane. This techniqueproject will consist of reclaiming the existing <br />aggregate base and apparent aggregate base intothe new base material before a bituminouspavement <br />is placed.
