<br />ROSEVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />Alcohol Compliance Check <br />April 24, 2025 <br />La Casita <br />1925 Perimeter Drive W <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Dear La Casita, <br />th <br />On Monday, May 19, 2025, the Roseville City Council will discuss your March 29th, 2025 alcohol compliance failure. Staff has <br />recommended Council impose the presumptive penalty of a $2000.00 fine and five (5) day liquor license suspension for the second <br />violation in 36 months (first occurred on 08/12/2023). <br /> Council discussion of this violation will occur during the “Business Actions” segment of the meeting. A representative from your <br />establishment may appear at the time of the council discussion to offer any information you deem relevant as to whether the Council <br />should deviate from the presumptive penalties set forth in the Roseville City Code. If you choose not to appear at this meeting, the <br />City Council will act without any input from your business. <br />Summary of Violation: <br />March 29, 2025:An employee sold an underage compliance buyer alcohol after checking for and reviewing identification. This <br />violation was confirmed by a plain clothing police officer (ref Police Incident 25009396). <br />August 12, 2023:An employee sold an underage compliance buyer alcohol without asking for identification. This violation was <br />confirmed by a plain clothing police officer (ref Police Incident 23023413). <br />Please be advised if another violation should occur, further penalties will be invoked.
