The City has received applications for the following: <br />5 American Multi-Cinema, Inc. dba AMC Theaters Rosedale 14, 1595 Highway 36 W, <br />6 Ste 1000 – On Sale/Sunday Liquor License <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 Policy Objectives <br />10 The regulation of establishments that sell alcoholic beverages has been a long-standing <br />11 practice by the State and the City. <br />12 <br />13 Equity Impact Summary <br />14 There is no anticipated racial equity impact by approving this liquor license. <br />15 <br />16 Budget Implications <br />17 The correct fees were paid to the City at the time the application was made, the remaining <br />18 balance will be due prior to issuance of the license. <br />19 <br />20 Staff Recommendations <br />21 The applicant meets all requirements set forth under City Code. Staff recommends <br />22 approval pending submittal of any outstanding items.
