Payment of the relocation funds to TDM Salons is a necessary step <br />41 in ensuring the new facilities are built. <br />42 <br />43 Equity Impact Summary <br />44 The Federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act and the <br />45 Minnesota Uniform Relocation Assistance Act (Uniform Acts) provide for uniform and fair <br />46 treatment for individuals and businesses displaced by units of government for public <br />47 improvements.
