EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />th <br />2 of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 7 day of July, 2025, <br />3 at 6:00 p.m. <br />4 The following members were present: and the following members were <br />5 absent: . <br />6 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />7 RESOLUTION No. <br />8 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br />9 FOR 2023 DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 23-10 <br />10 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on July 10, 2023, <br />11 Bituminous Roadways, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated <br />12 with the 2023 Drainage Improvement Project 23-10 contract. <br />13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />14 Minnesota, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br />15 and <br />16 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, upon receiving final documents from the contractor, <br />17 the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such <br />18 contract and taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br />19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDthat the one-year warranty period as specified in the <br />20 contract shall commence on July 7, 2025. <br />21 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />22 Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />23 favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . <br />24 WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Qbhf!215!pg!488 <br /> <br />
