Attachment 2 <br />How We Got Here <br />October 14, 2024 <br />Roseville Council authorized RPD to solicit proposals for a <br />resource <br />allocation and operational efficiency. <br />December 2, 2024 <br />Seven proposals were submitted, reviewed and scored. <br />The Axtell Group was selected, and Council approved <br />entering into a Professional Service Agreement. <br />January 16, 2025 <br />The Axtell Group began their evaluation, which included <br />personal interviews, a comprehensive data and workload <br />review,a department-wide survey and community <br />engagement. <br />June 16, 2025 <br />The Axtell Group presented their findings and <br />recommendations to the Roseville City Council.
