<br />Funding for the Equity- <br />Focused Water <br />Efficiency Rebate <br />Program is Provided by <br />the Following Partners: <br />Sample Newsletter Text: <br />Save Water & Get 100% Back with the Equity-Focused Water Efficiency <br />Rebate! <br />The City of Roseville is offering 100% rebates—up to $600 on your water bill when you upgrade to a <br />WaterSense® toilet. <br />Through the Equity-Focused Water Efficiency Rebate Program, eligible residents can receive full <br />reimbursement up to $600 for qualifying purchases, thanks to funding from the Metropolitan Council <br />and the Clean Water Land & Legacy Amendment. <br />Who Qualifies? <br />This program is designed to support residents in equity priority areas and homeowners with a county- <br />assessed home value at or below the Metropolitan Council’s affordable homeownership threshold. <br />How to Apply: <br />1. Purchase a qualifying WaterSense® or ENERGY STAR® appliance. <br />2. Save your itemized receipt and take a photo of the installed item. <br />3.
