The segment was not added to the <br />Roseville Pathway Plan. <br />Owners of all 8 abutting properties favor ROW vacation and signed the Petition for Vacation. <br />As noted in the staff memos from both the April 21 the June 16 Council Meetings, ROW <br />vacation would help with confusion and disagreements over how the area should be <br />maintained with regard to vegetation control and debris management.
