EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the eleventh day of June, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson and Rog And the following were absent: None. Councilperson Thomas introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 8578 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-90-20 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville on Heinel Drive between Sandy Hook Drive and South Owasso Boulevard by the installation of ornamental street lights and to assess the benefited property for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Chapter 429. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
