Roseville Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />DATE: July 22, 2025 ITEM: 4.c. <br />ITEM DESCRIPTION: Civic Campus Master Plan <br />Background <br />At the June 16, 2025 City Council meeting, staff and the City's consultant presented updated options for the <br />Civic Campus Master Plan. Based on feedback, Council supported Concept C (C.1 and C.2) but wanted <br />staff to investigate options to potentially lease space for the License/Passport Center & Dance Studio <br />(LPCDS) somewhere in Roseville to potentially save costs. At their July 7 meeting, Council got an update <br />and voted to support a new building for the LPCDS on campus and directed staff to draft a Request for <br />Proposal (RFP) for Architectural services and a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for Construction Manager at <br />Risk service. The RFP and RFQ went to council on July 21. <br />Staff is just providing this as an update and no action is needed. <br />Recommendation <br />Receive updates from staff and ask follow-up questions. <br />Attachments <br />1.
