Temporary trail closures will be posted. <br />• HamlineAvenue <br />o Construction in 2026 of pathway from County Road C to Josephine Road in <br />design. <br />o Resurfacingfrom County Road C to County Road C2 in 2026 lead by <br />Roseville and paid for by Ramsey County. <br />o Upsizingof thewatermain from Josephine Road to Glenhill Road/Arden Hills. <br />Paid primarily by Arden Hills. <br />• Twin Lakes Trail Phase 2 <br />o Easement being negotiated with property owner. <br />• 2025 Sewer Cleaning& Lining <br />o Lining in various locations is underway. <br />• Booster Station Phase 4 Improvements <br />o Building improvements will occur incoordination with solar install. Bid <br />packages are likely to be released later this year. <br />• 2025 Pavement Management Project <br />o Minor restoration work remains, otherwise project is complete. <br />• WayfindingSignage <br />o Pedestrian level signs are being shipped, and permits being obtained for <br />installation fall 2025. <br />• Lighting <br />o New streetlight installations by Xcel per City are underway. <br />Page 4 of 81 <br />
