Roseville Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />DATE: September 30, 2025 ITEM: 5.d. <br />ITEM DESCRIPTION: City Campus Project — Appoint Committee Member <br />Background <br />As part of the Civic Campus Project, a Civic Campus Final Design Stakeholder Group will be formed to <br />provide input and feedback on the final design of the project. The group will begin meeting once an architect <br />has been hired (October 13, 2025) and some preliminary design has been completed. The group will consist <br />of the following: <br />• Residents surrounding the project area <br />• A representative of the VFW <br />• One representative from each of the following five commissions: <br />o Finance <br />o Parks & Recreation <br />o Public Works, Environment and Transportation <br />o Equity & Inclusion <br />o Planning <br />• One City Council member <br />Recommendation <br />Appoint one PWET commission member to the Civic Campus Final Design Stakeholder Group. <br />Attachments <br />None <br />Page 162 of 175 <br />
