Leaf Site <br />Equity Toolkit <br />Closure <br />• Equity & Inclusion Toolkit was completed to change <br />• Toolkit examines the benefit/burdens of the change in <br />service, unintended consequences, strategies to <br />mitigate negative consequences and engagement. <br />• Toolkit reveals the following issues worth noting: <br />• Slightly increased burden to users since they <br />need to travel further to a Ramsey County site <br />• Cost savings may lead to a reduction or at least <br />lessen future rate increases to storm water <br />rates <br />• Reducing this cost aligns with the strategic plan <br />goal of ensuring resource allocation meets <br />operation needs. <br />
