EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />th <br />2 of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 15 day of September, <br />3 2025, at 6:00 p.m. <br />4 The following members were present: and the following members were <br />5 absent: . <br />6 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />7 RESOLUTION No. <br />8 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br />9 2024 SANTIARY SEWER LINING PROJECT 24-06 <br />10 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 8, 2024, Hydro- <br />11 Klean, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with the 2024 <br />12 Sanitary Sewer Lining Projectcontract. <br />13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />14 Minnesota, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br />15 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a <br />16 proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; <br />17 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one-year warranty period as specified in the <br />18 contract shall commence on January 17, 2025. <br />19 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />20 Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />21 favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . <br />22 WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Qbhf!339!pg!354 <br /> <br />
