1 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />2 OF THE <br />3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />4 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />5 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />th <br />6 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 15 day of September, 2025, at <br />7 6:00 p.m. <br />8 The following members were present: <br />9 and the following were absent: <br />10 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />11 RESOLUTION No. <br />12 RESOLUTION REQUESTING A VARIANCE FROM CITY CODE SECTION 405.03, <br />13 NOISE VARIANCE ON CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY HOURS FOR THE COUNTY <br />14 ROAD D PAVEMENT PROJECT <br />15 WHEREAS, Bituminous Roadways, Inc., is the general contractor for Ramsey County’s <br />16 pavement project work on County Road D from Highcrest Road to Cleveland Avenue; and <br />17 WHEREAS, Bituminous Roadways has requested a noise variance from the City for performing <br />18 early morning and overnight work associated with the project; and <br />19 WHEREAS, Bituminous Roadways has requested to extend working hours on the project from <br />20 September 15 to 24, 2025, in order to minimize the impact to traveling public and nearby <br />21 businesses. <br />22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that the <br />23 variance from City Code 405.03, construction activity hours for Ramsey County’s County Road <br />24 D Pavement Project is hereby approved. <br />25 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member , <br />26 and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: , , <br />27, , and. <br />28 and the following voted against the same: <br />29 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Qbhf!5!pg!354 <br /> <br />
