EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day September 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 12XXX RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED ÒCLEVELAND CLUB THIRD ADDITIONÓ PLAT (PF25-014). WHEREAS, Java Capital Partners 20700 Cleveland Ave LLC has submitted a valid application for approval of the proposed Cleveland Club Third Addition plat of the property addressed as 2035 Twin Lakes Parkway; and WHEREAS, the property included in the Cleveland Club Third Addition plat includes Ramsey County Property Identification Number 04-29-23-33-0037; and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of Roseville zoning and subdivision codes; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby approves the proposed Cleveland Club Third Addition plat, based on the public record and City Council deliberation, with the following conditions: 1.Pursuant to the memo from Public Works staff in Attachment 4 of RCA reviewed with this application, the applicant shall: a.Dedicate easements as indicated in the preliminary plat; and b.Provide an Operations and Maintenance Plan, and record an Operations and Maintenance Agreement in favor of the City, pertaining to the maintenance of the private storm water management BMPs The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ; and the following voted against the same: .
