Attachment 4 <br />If the violations listed are not corrected within 5 days and continuously maintained in compliance thereafter, <br />the City will move forward with further action and this matter will be discussed at a public hearing before <br />Roseville’s City Council. At this public hearing, the Community Development Department will request authority <br />from the City Council to issue an Administrative Citation and / or perform a City abatement and contract with <br />private companies to have all violations corrected. This would entail the expenditure of funds for which you, <br />as the property owner, would be responsible to repay.If the violations are corrected, by you, prior to the <br />public hearing date, the public hearing may be cancelled and the case file closed. <br />This public hearing will be scheduled at futureCity Council meeting. You will be notified of the date. City Council <br />meetings are held in the City Council Chambers located at 2660 Civic Center Drive and begin at 6:00 p.m. I <br />encourage you to attend this meeting. You will be given the opportunity to speak.
