When I first moved to Roseville in 1990, <br />Comment, Question or <br />leaves were picked up from the boulevard by Roseville for free. <br />Concern <br />Later, a fee was charged. Then this service was ended, but the <br />compost site was available. Extra work to bring the leaves to the <br />site, but it was better than paying a huge price to have leaves <br />picked up by a private firm. <br />Taxes have gone up big time since 1990.
