It sends the message that <br />Please Share Your <br />Roseville doesn't care about the environment. People are not <br />Comment, Question or <br />going to drive 8 miles to wait in line to compost. Not to mention <br />Concern <br />the waste of gas. And saying that people in the building next to it <br />have complained about the smell is hilarious. We all knew it <br />would smell when they built that place! I agree the dumping is a <br />problem.
