High taxes. Many trees. It used to be called oak point for all the <br />oaks we have. The dump is a basis need here and used only 6 weeks out of the year. Also people <br />need dirt for beautiful gardens and growing food. It serves many purposes. We have lived here for <br />33 years payed high taxes. No children and the leaf dump is our only perk.
