<br />C. CM to complete a quality/coordination/constructability review of each bid package prior to <br />issuing bid documents to subcontractors. <br />D. Complete construction of the work in strict conformance with the quality requirements <br />established by the contract documents. <br /> <br />E. All testing and independent inspection services required will be secured and paid for by City. <br />CM to cooperate and coordinate with testing and inspection service agencies. CM will be <br />responsible for the cost of excessive additional testing due to failed tests. <br /> <br />F. Develop an initial CM punch list to subcontractors prior to formal punch list issued by <br />Architect. CM to ensure completion of CM’s initial punch list prior to Architect’s punch list <br />walk thru. <br /> <br />G. Work cooperatively with the Project Team to develop and implement an effective <br />commissioning plan. <br /> <br />SAFETY: <br />CM to implement a formal project safety plan. <br />POST-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES: <br />Project Closeout: CM is responsible for timely submission of operation and maintenance <br />manuals completed punch lists, coordination of training, submission of as-built field documents, <br />BIM model and financial close-out of project. CM to actively support and participate in soliciting <br />and securing activities. <br /> <br />SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> <br />Ensuring that costs are appropriately allocated for the project to the appropriate funding <br />source. <br />1.5. City Provided Information <br />Any information provided or made available to Respondents during the course of the RFP <br />process, including the documents enumerated in this section, is provided for the convenience of <br />Respondents. Information is made available to Respondents without any City representation or <br />warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or relevancy. Respondents shall independently <br />evaluate the information for their use and shall be solely responsible for use or interpretation of <br />the information. <br /> <br />1.6. Guaranteed Maximum Price <br />Based on the preliminary design efforts the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Maintenance <br />and Operations Center (MOC) is estimated to be $48,000,000; and the Guaranteed Maximum <br />Price for the License and Passport Center and Dance Studio (LPCDS) is estimated to be <br />$11,000,00.00 in current dollars. This cost includes the Cost of the Work to be performed by <br />the selected Construction Manager, the Construction Manager's fee, all expenses of the <br />Construction Manager that are typically referred to as "reimbursable expenses," and all work to <br />Roseville MOC and LPCDS 8 <br />PW25-01 <br />RS160\\21\\1038443.v3 <br />Qbhf!342!pg!:15 <br /> <br />
