Over the three decades that I <br />have lived in this neighborhood, neighbors have walked along a <br />simple, woodland, unpaved trail that skirted around mature trees, <br />providing a connection between Ryan and Roselawn Avenues. <br />The path is now unavailable for neighborhood use, except to the <br />bordering property owners.
