Entrance at the <br />north and south ends is blocked by fences extending into and <br />across the ROW; the fences were constructed years ago by Mid- <br />Oaks neighbors. Also, the north end is obstructed by thick brush. <br />Thank you for your service to Roseville on the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission. I hope you will see options for creating <br />a simple path that everyone can use, and that will again connect <br />and unite our broader neighborhood.
