Attachment 7
(tree injury, yard drainage, yard slope stability, wet basements)
and no mention of infringement on quiet enjoyment by the
owners of the 8 homes adjacent to the right-of-way. We adjacent
homeowners will be affected by any decision 24-7-365 in
perpetuity. Through city processes thus far, I’ve been pointedly
reminded that we can never be more than 8 families trying to
gain a voice for fair consideration. We don’t have a city council
member working from our perspective and advocating on our
behalf - so it would be a refreshing change to at least be
respectfully acknowledged and meaningfully included as key
stakeholders in the decision-making process.
Second is no mention of the Falcon Heights Community Park
(FHCP) as a park option for the Mid Oak neighborhood and other
residents. We in the Mid Oaks neighborhood know and use the
FHCP as THE primary playground. It also has a nice walking
path around the pond. FHCP is an important, well-used
neighborhood recreation and exercise amenity adjacent to
Roseville and near our neighborhood; it should be included in
analyses.
Thank you.
Melinda Erickson
Unless restricted by law, all correspondence to and from Roseville City
government offices, including information submitted through electronic forms such
as this one, may be public data subject to the Minnesota Data Practices Act
and/or may be disclosed to third parties.
Email not displaying correctly?
