<br />12. To offer a 90-day free installation <br />period for subscribers who hook <br />up as the cable service becomes <br />available in their neighborhood. <br /> <br />13. To provide the free use of interactive <br />converters for educational users. <br />To provide the public schools <br />with 75 interactive converters <br />to disperse to students who are <br />disabled or otherwise unable to <br />attend 5chool. Similarly, a pool <br />of 25 interactive converters will <br />be made available to private schools <br />within the territory for a similar <br />purpose. The converters will <br />be addressed in such a fashion <br />that they only pick up educational <br />services which are offered by <br />the local program providers in <br />the territory. <br /> <br />14. To install ground floor access <br />ramps and/or elevators for the <br />handicapped in the business office. <br />To provide TTY services for the <br />hearing impaired. <br /> <br />15. To extend service to any area <br />contiguou5 to or contained within <br />the initial service area which <br />reaches a density of 35 homes <br />per street mile or greater. This <br />applies principally to new developments <br />within the North Suburban area. <br /> <br />16. In line extension areas, to assume <br />the first $400 per home passed <br />of cost for the line extension. <br />Any costs over and above that <br />amount will be assumed by the <br />potential subscribers on a pro <br />rata basis. <br /> <br />17. For service drops longer than <br />200 feet, to charge the subscriber <br />on a time and materials basis <br />for the distance over 200 feet. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
