• Booster Station Phase 4 Improvements <br />o Building improvements will occur incoordination with solar install. Bid <br />packages are likely to be released later this year. <br />• Lift Stations <br />o Staff kicked off design of the Cohansey Lift Station this week. Construction <br />work to upgrade the lift station with new pumps, controls and other items is <br />anticipated to begin in spring2026. <br />o Staff kicked off a lift station assessment to look at the lift stations that will <br />need major repair work over the next 10 years. The last major studywas <br />completed in 2014. <br />• WayfindingSignage <br />o Signs are being installed, and several locations will begin installation soon. <br />• Lighting <br />o 16 of the planned 19 new lights have been installed byXcel at City request. <br />The remaining 3 locations will be completed shortly, now that Council <br />updated the lighting policywhich now includes minimum lighting standards <br />at intersections. <br />• Adopt-A-Streetscape or ROW Program <br />o Similar to the Parks Department's Adopt -A -Park Program, Public Works is <br />kicking of an Adopt-A-Streetscape or ROW Program. Allows volunteers or <br />groups to get recognition for helping the City maintain ROW corridors <br />(cleaning litter) or helping maintain streetscape areas. <br />Other agency project updates: <br />• Ramsey County <br />o HamlineAvenue/Clarmar Lane Storm Sewer <br />• Storm sewer work is ongoing. Hamline Avenue will be detoured via <br />Lydia Avenue and SnellingAvenue for the roughly 4-week closure. <br />o County Road D from Highcrest Road to Hwy 88 <br />• All work is completed <br />o County Road C 4:3 Conversion from Lexington Avenue to Little Canada Road <br />and bridge over railroad <br />• Work is scheduled for 2026 <br />• MnDOT <br />o Snelling Design fromTH 36 to Grey Fox Road <br />• In design for2026 resurfacing and will include off -road pathwaywest <br />of Snelling Avenue from Lydia Avenue to Old Snelling <br />• MnDot held a public meeting on Thursday, October23, 2025. <br />o TH 280 Design from Wabash Avenue in St. Paul to 135 W <br />• In design for2026 resurfacing. <br />PWET Communications Memo Page 2 <br />Page 4 of 27 <br />
