More information can be found in the agenda packets and minutes for the <br />referenced Council meetings: <br />o October 13 <br />• Approved: Requestto perform an abatementfor unresolved violations <br />of City Code at 949 Brooks Avenue West <br />• Delayed: Closure of Roseville Leaf Recycling Center for additional <br />discussion and review in 2026 <br />• Based on Council direction, the site will continue operating <br />with no significant changes to operating hours or increased <br />security. <br />• Staff is doing additional daily documentation of our <br />observations at the site to gather some information on use. <br />• Staff is also trying to take video over the weekends to monitor <br />traffic at the site to determine the amount of users and how <br />much contractor use there is. <br />• Additional information will be gathered on used compost <br />equipment over the winter as well as discussions with the <br />county on various options. <br />• Approved: Streetlight Policy Update <br />• Approved: Selection of Kraus Anderson as Construction Manager at <br />Risk for Civic Campus Project <br />• Approved: Architect Agreement with LHB Architects for Civic Campus <br />Project <br />• Approved: Accepting Fire Department FEMA SAFER Grant <br />• Approved: Not Waiving Statutory Liability Limits for2026 <br />• Approved:1705 Roselawn Avenue Drainage and Utility Easement <br />Agreements <br />PWET Communications Memo Page 4 <br />Page 6 of 27 <br />
