Attachment 7 <br />On _______, 2025, the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted Ordinance <br />No. ___. The ordinance establishes the city’s electric franchise fees on Northern <br />States Power Company, the utility which provides electric service within Roseville <br />under a franchise agreement with the city. The new rates, effective March 1, 2026, <br />will be $3.00 per month for electric service for residential customers. Other rate <br />changes apply to non-residential customers. This public notice is intended only to <br />summarize the ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Roseville City Council that the City Clerk keep a copy of <br />the ordinance at City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, MN for public inspection during <br />regular office hours. A copy of the ordinance and summary shall also be posted on the City’s <br />website.
