RCA Attachment 5 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day November 2025 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 12XXX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED CONCEPT PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT (PF25-010). <br />WHEREAS, Joshua Markum Builders, Inc. has submitted a valid application for approval of the <br />proposed amendment of Planned Unit Development Agreement #1325 on behalf of Trust Builders <br />and Developers, LLC, which owns the property addressed as 180-188 Elmer Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the property affected by the proposed Planned Unit Development Amendment is <br />legally described as Lot 1 Î Lot 5, McCarron Ponds, Ramsey County, which lots are assigned <br />Ramsey County Property Identification Numbers 13-29-23-14-0045, -0046, -0047, -0048, and - <br />0049; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Concept Planned Unit Development Amendment would redesign the <br />one-story dwellings approved in Planned Unit Development Agreement #1325 as two-story <br />dwellings; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing pertaining to the <br />proposed concept plan amendment on November 5, 2025, and unanimously recommended its <br />approval; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />hereby approves the proposed Concept Planned Unit Development Amendment, based on the <br />public record and City Council deliberation. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ; and the following <br />voted against the same: . <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />RS160\\1\\899047.v2 <br />Qbhf!311!pg!384 <br /> <br />
