RCA Attachment 4 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day November 2025 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 12XXX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED LANGTON SHORES OUTLOTS PLAT <br />(PF25-017). <br />WHEREAS, Presbyterian Homecare Center, Inc. has submitted a valid application for approval of <br />the proposed Minor Plat of the property addressed as 1900-1910 County Road D; and <br />WHEREAS, the property affected by the proposed Langton Shores Outlots plat is assigned <br />Ramsey County Property Identification Number 04-29-23-21-0064 and is legally described as: <br />That part of the following described property lying North of a line parallel to and 372.36 <br />feet North of the south line of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, <br />Township 29, Range 23, in Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br />The East 250 feet of the North 400 feet of that part of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, lying West of the land platted <br />as Lake Johanna Homes; <br />AND <br />That part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 29, Range <br />23, lying West of said Lake Johanna Homes and East of a line extending from a point on <br />the south line 1101.57 feet from the southwest comer to a point on the north line 1102.68 <br />feet from the northwest corner of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter, EXCEPT the <br />North, 400 feet. <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary plat conforms to all applicable requirements of the zoning <br />and subdivision codes, and creates no nonconforming conditions with respect to the existing <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville held a duly noticed public hearing pertaining <br />to the proposed Langton Shores Outlots plat on November 24, 2025; and <br />RS160\\1\\899047.v2 <br />Qbhf!:4!pg!384 <br /> <br />
