BUSINESS ITEMS <br />a)2026 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN OVERVIEW <br />Staff presented the proposed 2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), which is designed to <br />maintain City assets in a consistent and proactive manner.
